Field Service Engineer Permanent Full time

Why this role?

You are an electrically trained technician who enjoys hands‑on work, autonomy, and problem‑solving in the field. You don’t need to be a PLC expert or software specialist – what matters is solid electrical know‑how, safety awareness, and the confidence to work directly on industrial equipment.

What you will do

• Service, maintain and repair industrial packaging machines at customer sites
• Diagnose and fix electrical and electromechanical issues on-site
• Work directly on machines while powered on, following defined safety procedures
• Install and commission new equipment
• Explain solutions clearly to customer technicians
• Document service work in a simple, structured way

What wee need

• Completed electrical qualification (e.g. Elektriker, Elektrotechniker, Mechatroniker with strong electrical focus)
• Practical experience working on electrical equipment in an industrial or technical environment
• Confidence working on live systems (under voltage) with a strong safety mindset
• German fluency (working directly with customers on site)
• Living in Austria – ideally close to the German border
• Driving licence B and willingness to travel regionally
