The Role:ย We are seeking a motivated and experienced White Goods Field Operations Manager to oversee and lead our team of engineers in the white goods sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and performance targets, and delivering top-notch service to our customers. This role requires a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing remote teams, troubleshooting issues, and building strong internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:ย Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
Performance Monitoring:ย Monitor daily activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all operations.
Collaboration:ย Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service quality.
Customer Satisfaction:ย Track and report on network performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
Training & Onboarding:ย Train and onboard new engineers, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet company standards and customer expectations.
Field Work: Carry out up to forty white good repairs in our local area each month to ensure you maintain hands-on field knowledge. Have the flexibility to travel potentially one week per month, or as needed, depending on business growth, training, and other requirements.
Team Development:ย Visit engineers in their hometowns for appraisals, one-on-ones, and troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 yearsโ experienceย working in white goods repairs
Proven experience inย people managementย andย service deliveryย with a track record of achieving performance goals.
Excellent communication skills,ย with the ability to liaise effectively with company owners, engineers, and other stakeholders.
A driven and professional demeanor, with a passion for team success and service excellence.
Aย full, clean driving licenseย is essential.
